• no big meals; eat something small every 1-2 hours (worlds hardest task)
  • actually take famotidine 30 minutes before eating
  • same thing with omeprazole, but don’t take it with other meds or on a completely empty stomach (the puke man will Get Me.)
  • do more stretching !!!
  • silent time
  • physically write down important information or research (my poor wrist)
  • body oil / lotion right after shower
  • actually use my tiny perfumes
  • no laying down after eating
  • drink more broth
  • and nausea relief teas (ginger, peppermint, chamomile)
  • annotation in my physical books
  • record content consumed in media journal
  • kinda the same but write down information from questions i look up daily

can you tell i’m chronically ill yet. can you tell that feeding myself and eating despite debilitating nausea is the hardest thing about my day to day
