in retrospect this year was so extraordinary that these details are difficult to fish out of my mind and truly matter so little, but just for tradition...

• the extended rainy and cold spring.
• stupid decisions.
• a$$ just not being the same.
• realizing i am growing up and maturing in ways that baffle me.
• friends being scattered and less cohesive than before.
• being a terrible and alienating friend.
• all the natural catastrophes that sparked weird and sad things to occur.
• spending two weeks rotting in indiana-- a week would have done just fine.

oops not ten but oh well, this isn't the worst that could happen.
