- Choose a near tree and witness the course of it's change as the seasons go by
- Be connected to what you are eating
- Cook a nice and healthy meal
- Do the dishes, feel the water flowing
- Don't be afraid to ask for help if it's needed
- Don't be afraid to say yes or no
- Donate clothes no longer used
- Go for a walk
- Have a hair treatment night every week (Mine: Wednesday)
- Keep in mind that struggling does not mean failure
- Learn to let go of everything is beyond your control
- Make a cup of tea
- Practice mindfulness
- Put on a nice music and dance around the house
- Save a night in the week to watch a movie
- Sing in the shower
- Take notes on the nice and beautiful things you see. Look at the notes by the end of the day
- Work on a relaxing crafting project
- Celebrate every tiny victory
