• no internet/computer while the kids are awake, with the following exceptions
    • getting a recipe to cook together
    • following craft or activity instructions
    • watching kids shows on YouTube
  • spend less time planning and more time doing
  • get outside every day
    • and to the park at least twice
  • spend 15-30 mins a day in the late afternoon alone, recharging ready for the tired/cranky evening hours
  • find a way to say yes
  • REMEMBER: Build the relationship. Focus only on the next interaction, and try to make it positive
  • be more present
