• nick jonas & the administration: my first show ever! to be honest i was very bad at keeping up with my idols on the time, and i discovered nick was coming to curitiba pretty close to when the tickets would be available. since i have never bought a ticket for a concert, believe me, i went a few days after the opening to buy the tickets. i bought it on a kiosky at the mall, and i got a very good seat (the concert was in a theater here in my town, i got row 11, which is pretty much close to the stage - thanks god nick's band wasn't famous lol, because i still wonder if i'd got the ticket nowadays, i was very ingenuous)
  • one direction: the sale began at midnight. my sister and i were in computers so we couldn’t miss. we spent 1 hour trying to buy it but gave up cause we had class in the morning. thanks god they were selling by lots, so we got tickets in the afternoon after class.
  • jonas brothers: i paid team jonas that year just to have access to the pre-sale, but turns out that the site opened for everyone to buy on the pre-sale, so it was kind of a waste of money in that moment. but i got the tickets on row 7 which is pretty close to the stage (the show was in a theater), and also after, i paid for the soundcheck. but thanks god i paid for team jonas, for two reasons. first because i received as a "gift" the vynil version of it's about time album + the free download of all the songs from the album. and second, and most important, i saw that there was a contest to win a meet & greet, so i participarted because why not? and i won a meet & greet!!!!!!! it's a funny story, because i was at a restaurant when i received the email and almost freaked out there. and also, the problem was: i've bought 3 soundchecks, because my sister and my mom were going with me. and the meet & greet i won had to have an adult with me (i was 15 at the time). so in the day, my mom and i went with my comprovant that i won the meet & greet, we received our bracelets, and my sister would go to the soundcheck and wait for us outside. funny thing is: my sister went with the soundcheck comprovant (which was to 3 soundchecks, because it was all in the same purchase), aqnd i' not sure if the person checking it didn't saw it was for the soundcheck and gave her a meet & greet bracelet! we were very confused, because the total purchase of the 3 soundchecks didn't even get close to the price o the meet & greet. we even asked someone, but the guy was "nah, no problem, she can go". so that's why my mom, my sister and i got the chance to go to the jonas brothers meet & greet.
  • bts (1): this is the first time my sister is going to a kpop concert (i went to the concert with her and helped buying the tickets, though i’m not a fan). we have about 3 computers on, and when it’s time, we f5 our pages and the line on the website is huge. i don’t remember exactly how many people we had in front of us, but i know that some miracle happened, because after a some time we were redirected. the problem is: we
  • bts (2): we couldn't get tickets. we stayed for an hour trying in 3 computers and nothing. my sister accepted the defeat because at least she went to a concert before. on the day after, they announce an extra concert. but in the day the sales opened, she was going to be in class, so my mom and i decided to buy it for her. 10am arrived, and we were redirected to the line. but seconds passed and the computer i was on directed to the buying page. so in 5 minutes i purchased it and was already with the tickets in hand (i asked to print).
  • sandy & junior: the sales started at midnight, but about an hour earlier the website was already making a line. my friend let me know (we are going as a group but each one was buying their ticket), so i go to the computer and i enter the website. my place in line was 144--- . and there was no point in trying in another computer, because it accesed your ip adress. it didn't matter if i opened another tab or something, the place was going to be the same. the problem is: they were selling for the 10 shows they announced at the same day, that's why this ridiculous line. the sales opened midnight, i could finish my purchase at 2:30. i waited, there were times that the line got stuck, but i could get my ticket! in fact, when it was my turn, it directed me to the sale but the section of the concert i was buying for wasn't available. i hit so hard the f5 button, about 10 minutes passed, and then finally it was available. i click, check all the information i put (and had to search for my sister's id because i needed to inform it for her ticket), so i finally finish the purchase. it was wild but at least i was talking to my friends while waiting, because they were waiting to buy it too. everytime one of them got the ticket, we celebrated!
