  • be strong, agile, and generally fit
    • make exercising a routine
  • get tattoos that will make me happy about my body
  • stop attacking my body
    • instead, change it

soul

  • stay organized and neat
    • get rid of clutter surrounding me
    • make sure everything has its own place (if it isn't important enough to have a 'spot,' it isn't important enough to have in your life)
  • meditate/practice yoga at least once per week to clear my head
  • spend money on things that are important to me instead of on frivolous trinkets that will inevitably be thrown away
