- my processing speed is somewhat slow and I need to talk as I go to understand something on the fly
- my pomodoro setup: 30 minutes on/5 minutes off, 4 times through, then a 30 minute break
- I have to do new tasks basically immediately or they will disappear into the ether of my brain
