I don't even wear makeup (anymore) lool

If I did it'd only be to impress or play dress up with my gf uwu

(Makeup is a luxury to be bought after necessities, not an immediate need uwu) (or to be stolen as part as your shop lifting addiction shout out to all you ladies out there)

General length you can keep a product before opening and general length you can use a product after opening: (XX months before/YY after)

The importance of replacing products is so the preservatives are still effective while using it and do not harbour and encourage growth of bacteria.

    • NB: if you have had a cold sore/stye/any bacterial infection while using any products that have come into contact with your skin via brushes/sponges/fingers, your products need replacing and tools need sterilising.
    • The only way to use products with a contagious infection is to sterilise all tools that will be used, scrape needed products onto a plastic palette and use the products that way, and then sterilise everything again once finished. The product to palette method is also effective when applying makeup to different people using the same products (if products have never been applied directly to a face before) as opportunities for cross contamination are eliminated.
