living room

    • obviously these are different ideas, i don't plan on doing all of these to one room

• plenty of storage
• big folding table
• lots of natural light
• carpeted, or at least big rug so i can sprawl my junk out on the floor

man cave

• where evan can be annoying with his bears stuff

garage

• two car, heated
• connected to the house
• shelving and storage

kitchen slash dining area (together)

• bright, bright blue dining room wall
• light gray kitchen with bright yellow, orange, and blue accents
• island, or at lease counter with stools
• dark wood for everything

• tile backsplash
  • bright glass mosaic
  • vertical striped tile in black and white opaque or green opaque
    • once again, different ideas of different kitchens
• stainless steel everything
• dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher
• not a corner sink. (very important)
• plenty of counter space so i can cook, cook, cook (and bake =])

dining room sans kitchen

• dark, chocolate brown
  • variety of light blue circles painted on walls
• dark table
  • with plenty of blue and light colored center pieces, floral arrangements, place mats, etc

backyard

• fenced. must, must, must have a fence.
  • a quality one, too. none of that half assed shit like we've got going on now.
• a patio.
  • either layered, coming down from the house, with plenty of seating around the outside,
  • or stone work like my parents. but with more seating.
• a nice grill for evan to be a man with.
  • and all the amenities to go along with that, too.
    • e.g. fridge/freezer, sink, counter space, storage, etc
• solar lights
• fire pit, like ciera's because there is no smoke.
• cute furniture.
• hammock, like my parents' but more sturdy.
• a bench, or swinging chair.
