- take your meds! the fact that you've gone medsless for like 48 hours is probably a BAD THING. duh.

- read. read read read. i can't stress this enough. go away for a little while, and finish that book, just 'cause you can (200 pages will be gone in no time)
- go through your tabs, and close them. there are so many there, but so much to look through. this includes tumblr. lots of tumblr. annoyances that should make you feel better as;lkdfjasdl;fkj
- knit! knit knit knit knit knit~ you will likely finish that scarf in no time.
- uhm, there was something else, uhm
- EAT SOMETHING
- clear your mind. laugh at the fact that your mind said "menstruate" instead of "meditate"
