WAYS TO DECREASE HAND WASHING + fix hands
- Apply lotion regularly
- Only wash before and after meals, after going to the bathroom, and after doing something dirty by normal people standards
- Only wash once; don't rewash hands within 10 minutes unless absolutely necessary
- Wash hands with lukewarm or cool water
