- why is there a consistent 5-10% of people who appear to have only gotten one vaccination in most western countries?
      
        - is it record-keeping?  jurisdictions can’t track people who go to two different vaccination centers? 
- is it an access issue?  people get the first and then are too busy to go back? 
- do 5-10% of people have some health or political reason for only wanting one shot? 
 
- why is peru’s covid death count 2-5x higher than any other country?
      
        - this includes countries similar in socioeconomics and geography 
- the rate of cases in peru is not higher than other countries 
- does peru count suspected covid deaths differently than every other country in the world? 
- are there structural factors that make covid much more likely to be fatal in peru?  healthcare access, multigenerational households? 
- are other countries’ numbers actually this high but they’re all lying? 
- there have been turnovers in peru’s government and the death count was increased by 3x in june: was it a political act by an incoming government to make its predecessors look worse?
