user picture aschwa5: Wow, each of these has personal meaning to me. 1) wearing a bike helmet has saved my life! Do you have a multitude of bike lights? If not, perhaps that can be your next step. 2) Flossing is most important dental hygiene practice. Next gum stimulation with rubber tip. Last brushing. 3) I find that if I don't have to touch anything (door included), and I'm just going to pee, not washing affords less opportunity for contamination. I mean, I shower every day.
