I think I've already formed these as habits... I'm pretty proud of myself.

  • Floss daily
  • Use mouthwash daily
  • Eat vegetables daily
  • Eat fruit daily
  • Eat healthy snacks (granola bars, nuts)
  • Use almond milk instead of dairy milk
  • Stop buying mac & cheese
  • Stop buying junk food
  • Clean the apartment frequently
  • Answer texts every time
  • Keep in contact with my family
  • Spend enough time with friends
  • Get on Facebook twice a week at most
    • get rid of my Facebook app on my iPad
  • Read all of my readings, even if I won't be tested on them directly
  • Use heat on my hair very rarely
  • Take cooler showers
  • Eat less
  • Use body lotion more often
