- Date night out at Gallagher's Boxty House (Irish stew FTW)
- Those Guinness BBQ wings at the Guinness Brewery tour
- All the bright, colorful lights of decorated buildings in Temple Bar in the light rain
- Millionaire bar
- weird hotel room in Galway
- the whiskey/amaretto sours at Boxty House— a combination of the things we love
- trying Dingle gin and Dingle whiskey together at Murphy's in Dingle
- driving through the countryside together and looking at the nature
- Conor pass taking our breath away
- Dillion's excitement at Coumenoole beach
- hiking the red trail in the rain at Giant's Causeway
- taking pictures of each other at Giant's Causeway
- all of the dumb souvenir shopping
- brunch at Bothy's coffee house, taking in the warmth and dryness (& that potato bread!)
- Dillion making scrambled eggs in Dingle, from the farm... and eating homemade brown bread, and drinking Irish breakfast tea
- walking around Dingle at night
- climbing Blarney castle, and being with D as he experiences wandering in a medieval castle for the first time
- walking through the gardens at Blarney, it just felt magical
- Killarney hike with all of the vegetation
