• 31 ━ happy new year's eve! :)
• 26 ━ we had the first (real) snow of the season! :D <3
• 24 ━ my sister and her husband came over to give mom and i our christmas gifts; she got me a plushie of a chocolate bar and a pink shirt that has one of my cats on it that says "chloe's mom". ;-; also! katie randomly showed up at my doorstep tonight completely unexpected and gave me a gift bag of presents she bought for me! ;A; ♡ i have the sweetest friends. <3
• 21 ━ i got to have another long talk with the boys. <3
• 19 ━ i got to have a looong four-way call with josh, doc, and jackson last night. <33 i really needed it.
• 15 ━ i got to see my two little cousins this evening, and e* colored in a christmas coloring book of mine while i taught r* how to play animal crossing. ^-^ my aunt br* also gave me my early christmas gift, which is (ironically) a super-cute, fiber optic ghost decoration for halloween! ;w; ♡
• 13 ━ i've been drinking lots and lots of chanca piedra tea and watching pretty little liars with mom. ^__^
• 11 ━ mom and i have been watching a lot of bob's burgers' christmas episodes. <3 oh, and my sister told me what she's getting mom for christmas, and i know she'll love it! ♡ also, i couldn't go to the art market with josh and danny today because i'm still feeling gross. eughhh... ;-;
• 10 ━ the side-effects of my kidney issues as well as the meds i’m taking for them are making me feel so anxious and unwell. ;-; i’m dizzy, exhausted, and short of breath (among other things). ughh, i just want to be able to enjoy the christmas season. :c on a lighter note, i made those lil pull-apart sugar cookies that come out every year, and this year they have little elf hats on them in reference to the movie! :3
• 08 ━ this semester is finally over! :'D now i'm out of school until january 17th! ^-^
• 06 ━ i played lots of mobile games with doc! :3 that game of checkers lasted hours, lol. i also got my first chocolate orange of the season! <3
• 05 ━ apparently i have a massive kidney stone, so that's fun!!! :) lol, in all seriousness, i hope i can somehow get it pass on its own instead of urologists having to intervene. also, the doctor i saw was so very sweet. <3
• 04 ━ it's mom's birthday! :D ♡ also, random, but panera's iced chai tea lattes are the best thing i've ever tasted, oml.
• 02 ━ i got signed up for my spring classes today! and i got a 94% on my history final! :) i also put up the christmas lights outside!

˙⊹ ੈ✰ — november ✎

• 30 ━ i decorated the christmas tree today! ^-^ it's so cute. i love my glittery pink and blue cotton candy tree so much; i wish i could keep it up all year. <3 i also had another long four-way call with the boys tonight! c:
• 29 ━ i finally put up our christmas tree! ♡ i don't have any decorations on it other than tinsel at the moment, but i'll finish decorating it tomorrow (and hopefully put the rest of the decorations up + the hang the outside lights). josh, doc, jackson, and i also finally had another four-way call! it always brightens day. <3
• 28 ━ sooo, my doctor called me with the results of my ultrasound, and it turns out i have hydronephrosis in my left kidney. she wants me to go have a ct scan now to find out the cause of the blockage. i'm relieved to know what's been causing me all of this trouble, but i'm also confused, because i would have never guessed it was due to an issue with my kidney. hm.
• 27 ━ i've been using my thanksgiving break to work on redoing my carrd, and it is taking sooo much time. it's honeslty fun, though. and it's looking so cute! ^-^

• 24 ━ happy thanksgiving! ♡ i made a turkey, a ham, dressing, a sweet potato casserole, a green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, corn on the cob, a pumpkin pie, and a pecan pie; it was lots of preparing, but it was worth it! mom and i spent this afternoon watching nearly all of the thanksgiving episodes of bob’s burgers. <3
• 21 ━ i finally got to have my rib ultrasound done!
• 19 ━ i went with doc, jackson, and josh to dollywood to look at the christmas lights, and it was so pretty!!! <3 and doc and jackson surprised me when i wasn't watching and upgraded my ticket to a gold pass so i can get in for free all of next year!!! :'D i couldn't thank them enough, it was the sweetest thing on earth!!! ♡ we also got to ride the train there and the conductor played christmas songs along our ride, and he even had the train's whistle blow to the tune of jingle bells once. it was so adorable. ^-^ we also ate pizza and had hot chocolate, and there was this adorable little lights show showing on a light-up christmas tree in the middle of the park, and when the show ended, "snoap" ("snow" make out of soap) poured out all over everywhere. c': we also got to see santa!!! ^w^ it was all so very fun, and i'm so glad we all got to go. <3
• 17 ━ ultrasound appointment got cancelled AGAIN due to their tech being out... errgh... -__-
• 16 ━ my aunt br* took mom and i to mom's checkup appointment today. she had two of my little cousins with her, and they're just so cute! it always makes me happy to see them. <3
• 13 ━ it's sooo cold outside now! i walked to the park, and i got to wear my pink peacoat for the first time since march! i love it sm. ♡
• 11 ━ chapter ten history quiz; i've done sooo much houseworkkk, ughhh; today is josh's birthday, and he has the flu. :( i sent him an iced lemon poundcake and cough drops in hopes to brighten his spirits. <3
• 10 ━ i had a fallout with my sister this morning. i swear i think she's a sociopath sometimes...
• 09 ━ my uncle bud passed away this morning. i wasn't ever very close to him, but i know that a lot of my family members are devastated. my aunt br* called crying to my mom this morning and told her. mom cancelled her checkup and rescheduled it for next week, because br* was our ride there, and we didn't want to make her do anything today out of respect for her grievance. i felt better this morning when i woke up, so i'm not sure if the flu-like symptoms last night were caused by anxiety or what; i took a nap this afternoon that was incredible. i also had to write my second document-based essay for history today, which took hours; i'm pretty confident in how it turned out, though.
• 08 ━ unit three bio exam; a man that knows my cousin came and rebuilt our outdoor ramp; pumpkin pie for breakfast ♡; somewhat rough anxiety night + severe cold chills (for whatever reason) that were so bad that i couldn't sleep and had to put on a hoodie in order to fall alseep (although i had no fever and felt fine the next morning)
• 07 ━ unit three bio quiz; cleaned my room; saw my aunt and two of my little cousins; got mcdonald's chicken nuggets; worked on my new acnh island; the stray kitty (we call her fuzzy) finally let me pet her! :'D ♡
• 03 ━ i had a four-way phone call tonight with josh, doc, and jackson that lasted three hours! ^w^ ♡

˙⊹ ੈ✰ — october ✎

• 31 ━ josh, danny, and i went to swe*wa* and checked out some of the antique stores, and the lady that owned one of them asked us if we were trick-or-treating and gave us gummy candy eyeballs! ;w; that made my day. we also met lots of sweet people there, including the owners of this family-owned coffee shop / deli / dance studio / gymnastics studio / etc all in one! they were very nice and made us a coffee (i got one that tastes like mounds c:) before they left to do their halloween fun stuff down town. they were all going to dance and perform in the street, and we sadly didn't get to see them do that, but we did get to see lots of trick-or-treating going on and bunches of costumes and decorations! we decided to eat at an italian restaurant in their downtown area, and their mexican pizza is incredible! our server was dressed as a priest, lol. oh! and i was a black cat. :) after we left that city we went on to at*, where the haunted house was located. there was a crazed pig-man chasing people with a shovel while they waited for their turn to enter the haunted house, and he was honestly very unsettling, lol. the haunted house was really fun, but there was a little boy (around 7-ish) in our group of six that went in together that began begging and pleading to go through one of the emergency exits, but his two guardians (who looked like maybe his dad and his grandfather or uncle) refused to let him, and were speaking so rudely to him. :'c the little boy even started coughing and gagging and saying he was about to throw up, and they yelled at him for that, too. he was screaming and crying for them to let him exit, and they kept mocking him and being aggressive. i was beyond mad, i could hardly stand it. this haunted house was NOT suitable for children AT ALL. sigh... but i will say that my favorite part of the haunted house was the beginning, where our group of six all stood against the wall in this tiny room while a ghastly bellhop boy was screaming in our faces and jabbing his cane violently into the wall behind us. he was fun, lol. he pressed his face against mine while he was speaking and snarled before pulling away. XD he asked if anyone had any "baggage" (because he was a bellhop), and i asked him if he meant emotional, to which he replies, "no, that's what therapy is for! we're all messed up here!" XD he was a ball, lol. inside of the house, there was endless jump-scares and something fell into a bathtub and soaked us all, lol. it was very fun. i even lost my cat ear headband and danny lost his baseball cap somewhere in the haunted house. XD oddly enough, two high schoolers we saw at the antique shops in swe*wa* were at our exact haunted house in at*! small world, aha. afterwards, we went back to josh and danny's house and reheated our left over pizza and ate it and candy while watching hocus pocus 2 (josh and danny hadn't seen it yet). it was honestly such a fun day and an awesome halloween! ♡ :'D
• 27 ━ after grabbing coffee with josh and danny this afternoon (iced psl ♡), we headed to the zoo, and we had such a nice time! i had to go there to complete a project for my bio class, but it was so fun to get to see all of the animals and little halloween decorations they had out. they even had the gibbons' food in trick-or-treat buckets! c': we also got to pet goats and sheep, and we got to feed budgies and cockatiels; they stood on our hands to eat! ♡ after the zoo, we went and got mexican food, then we walked around downtown once the sun set. they have downtown all decorated for halloween; there are lit-up ghosts hanging everywhere, a giant spider on the arch's walkway, pumpkins everywhere, etc. while we were downtown, we went to an ice-cream parlor, and i found out that they have coffee milk! :0 i never knew that prior to last night! afterwards, we went to josh & danny's house and watched "ginger snaps"; i had only ever seen it one time a couple of years ago with mason, and they had never seen it. they ended up really liking it, and we're making plans to watch the next two in the trilogy. :) all-in-all, it was a very eventful, fun-filled day. <3
• 25 ━ i went and ate at texas roadhouse with josh, danny, doc, and jackson! there was a trunk-or-treat event happening in the parking lot, and there were adorable little kids dressed up for halloween. ;w; then we went back to doc's apartment and played jackbox games for hours and hours. <3 jackson gave clippings from his plant to both josh and i so that we could have a "friendship plant". ;w;
• 24 ━ i'm making nice progress in memorizing korean lyrics in songs! i've been working very hard trying to improve my understanding and speaking of hangugeo lately, and i'm definitely seeing improvements. josh, doc, and i also had another late-night phone call! c:
• 23 ━ josh, doc, and i had another group phone call before bed! :D
• 22 ━ i'm beginning to write again! :) doc and i had a nearly 3-hour-long phone call tonight, then josh joined in after work, and we all talked for another 2+ hours. it’s been a long while since we all did a three-way phone call together. it made me so happy. <3
• 21 ━ sigh. whirlwind mind.
• 20 ━ zoo plans got cancelled because josh is sick! ;-;
• 19 ━ i spent a large chunk of today chasing around cats in our yard. i’ve seen one of them be mean to our outside cat, so he’s not welcome here. the other one, i don’t know much about, but it apparently has been living underneath our house where the ducts and stuff are and refuses to come out, so i can’t shut and lock the door that leads under the house. the men checking our air unit a week or so ago had to cut the lock off, and we’ve yet to put another one on. ugh. anywayyy, i finally caught up on to do x txt! ^-^ ♡
• 18 ━ ugh, my allergies have been going crazy today. -.- oh! there was finally an opening for a job at the library, and i finally got to apply after checking weekly for months and months! ^-^ i realllly hope i get ittt.
• 17 ━ my aunt br* took my mom and i to mom’s doctor appointment, and the trees surrounding the neighborhoods we drove through are beautiful! it just makes me feel so happy to be alive.♡ after we got home, i got to have a playdate with my two little cousins who are 2 and 4 years old. we played with remote control cars, baby dolls, the nintendo switch, etc. we also watched spookley the square pumpkin. c: i also had to write my third english essay of the semester, and it took me nearly four hours. :/ oh, and i also reset all of the data for acnh, and now i'm starting a new island from scratch! :D
• 16 ━ i finally got around to cleaning my room! :)
• 13 ━ midterm bio exam; made onion-garlic burgers; baked an apple pie ♡; watched hocus pocus 2 with mom. oh, and mom finally got ahold of her aunt!
• 12 ━ the new ac unit got installed early this morning, and thank god we won't have to rely on space heaters after all. i also had my first caramel apple of the season!
• 11 ━ i gave my sister some of the cupcakes i made, a jacket, and a lil owl sticker today for her birthday. the changing leaves at the park down the street are gorgeous colors! i am constantly reminded why i love autumn so much. <3
• 10 ━ i baked homemade pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and the cupcake liners are halloween-themed! they're so cute. c:
• 07 ━ sigh, i had to reschedule my rib ultrasound appointment AGAIN. i'm having the hardest time getting this checked out. i saw the little old man that has the chihuahua at the park this evening, and i got to pet the puppy; he told me that her name is bebe. <3 mom still can't get ahold of her aunt shirley, and it's really stressing her (and me) out.
• 05 ━ i went and got lunch at cava with josh and danny this afternoon. it's the first time i've tried that place, and it's honestly incredible. also, josh's cats both slept on top of me last night after we went to bed, and i was so excited. they're the sweetest little kitties (besides my own, of course).
• 04 ━ josh decided not to go see the carly rae jepsen concert, but that's okay; i didn't mind. i was really only interested in going because i know how much he loves her. instead, we had a slumber party at his house and got mexican food and watched "the black phone". i think it was much more fun than a concert would've been, anyway. <3
• 03 ━ charlie came over and had an intense discussion with me about politics and proudly proclaimed that he is, in fact, racist. i would have kicked him out if he wasn't our landlord... disgusting idiot. in other news, we apparently need a new unit before we can run our gas heat, so we'll have to be dealing with him for a while more... shit.
