POSSIBLE SPOILERS. :)
- I didn't like Mary at first. But now I do. She is firm, and that is something admirable.
- I also appreciated Michelle Dockery's acting. Very subtle yet stunning.
- Cora and Sybil are my favorites.
- Dame Maggie as Lady Grantham is well-casted! She's the comic relief in this show.
- Best episode yet: 5th. It was at this point where I had to pause a couple of scenes and just absorb how majestic everything is... how everything is placed so well and smoothly together.
- It may be pathetic, but I ache for Mary and Matthew. Mary is PRAYING.
- I feel that since O'Brien's fault, she will be forever indebted/loyal to Cora. She is ruthless, but it's nice to think that it has limits now.
- Episode 3 proves this. Yep!
- I have a thing for women-whose-necks-you-want-to-wring (see: Boardwalk Empire's Paz de la Huerta, Mad Men's January Jones). It is no surprise I quite have the fondness for Lady Rosamund Pineswick.
- William and Daisy's story is a mess.
- I like how they are handling Lavinia Swire. She's not purely villain-y.
