- All Killua moments, basically.
- Killua on his skateboard. Leorio complaining about it.
- Every moment with Illumi in it.
- Illumi being revealed to be Hisoka's friend.
- Killua crushing Jones's heart, and him saying about his father making a cleaner job out of it.
- Gon stealing Hisoka's number plate. Brilliant.
- Killua being ganged up on by the Amori brothers. Didn't work.
- The whole Anita story arc. That girl is dumb, but made some pretty heavy material for Killua/Gon character analysis.
- Killua retreating/giving up when Chairman Nereto used Nen.
- Not killing Anita because of Gon.
- Ep. 26 when Chairman Nereto asks everyone why they'd want to be hunters, who they're interested in, and who they don't want to fight against.
- Hisoka is interested in Killua and then Gon. He'd make them worthy for slaughter.
- Killua is interested in Gon.
- Yes, Kurapika is indeed well-balanced... when not in Empire Time.
- Preliminary hunter exam conclusions. Hisoka and Illumi's conversation had a large chunk of information. I just like the exposition of hidden motives/impressions they have there.
- Hisoka declaring that Gon is the subject of his hunting, and that he will protect him until he himself will kill him. We affirm how his primary motivation is beating/killing those he deemed the best. This also hints that Hisoka will always find himself involved in every story arc.
- Illumi on the other hand thinks him as a dangerous character of nature and should be eliminated while still undeveloped. "I won't allow this future trouble to live."
- Trouble to who? The world? Also to their family.
- We get an affirmation from TWO Zoldycks now that Gon is different. I'm getting vibes that he's a monster in the making here. Of course, he won't be so long as he's the protagonist. But things can change. The point is, he is a huge deal regardless.
- Hisoka also secretly wants to murder Killua, who Illumi will try his very best to protect for his family's legacy.
- Silva let Killua go, thinking he'll always come back because he's his son.
- Every time Killua threatens people. Most notably in the Celestial Tower.
- Killua's immunity and later use of electric volts. First noted in the floor 200 battle with the Snakes.
- Hisoka and Kurapika starting an alliance.
- Gon and Killua being captured by Spiders for the first time.
- That's must be painful, those ankle wounds!
- Killua realizing Kurapika was the hunter with the chains.
- Hisoka threatening Killua. Killua being told he'd be killed TWICE. I know it's not usual for him to be treated that way.
- Some intense emotional struggle going on with Killua. Illumi's needle in the works.
- How they escaped. That was clever.
- Spiders' requiem for Uvo. Fucking incredible.
- Silva and Zeno let Kuroro live. And the fact that Kuroro was Illumi's client. Glimpses of the oldest and youngest Zoldycks with him too.
- OVA1 episode 67 to 70. The hostage situation was all well-constructed.
- How Killua exchanged places with Kurapika.
- The whole blackout scene when Gon and Killua tried to escape, and Kuroro got kidnapped by Kurapika.
- The whole of Pakunoda's internal struggle. Made you also think about how Spider was almost disbanded.
- Kurapika's weakness?
- The whole death philosophy of Kuroro. OMG
- He shows no fear of his own death, even anticipating it. Senritsu states that his heartbeat sounded as if he was living with death, and apparently appears sadistically happy with it. It's living side-by-side with death, all the possibilities of death in this world.
- Making you think what's the worst thing you could inflict unto him?
- He WAS a useless hostage.
- Greed Island arc, what we got from it:
- Gin must've made the game to train his son. Stated definitively during Razor's story arc. My eyes watered a bit when Gin was shown telling Razor to beat his son (and never underestimate him because Gon is his kid after all).
- Gon figured out early what Gin's point of the game was.
- Biscuit compared Gon and Killua to jewels/ore. Perfect. Made me smile when she got delighted at the thought of teaching them. Ah. That must be her mission in life: teach. I have such admiration for teachers and learning, ok!
- Killua has already made several things unexpected of him. He sacrificed several times already. Not only was his hands severely injured from assisting Gon's attacks, he also took the most painful/difficult role in his union with Gon&Hisoka (as the "cushion").
- Killua is currently better compared to Gon in almost all aspects. He also has a relatively balanced offense/defense aura.
- So easy to poke fun of everything and make "daddy issues" jokes.
- Shalnark, Koltopi and Shizuku studying how Greed Island works. Amazing how they deduced that it's not set in a "virtual reality" but in the real world.
- The concept of Illumi putting a needle into Killua's brain to make him retreat during fights he will likely lose. To preserve his life as he'll be the Zoldyck heir. Amazing.
- "They were traps? I thought they were attractions." --Killua
