• Look at things from different angle than usual - for example, while taking a bus try to look at the roofs of buildings
  • Touch things you usually don’t touch but use/pass by etc.
  • Touch gently you back of the head, just above the neck, where your hair starts to grow
  • Open your arms and let the wind “touch” your arms near the pits
  • Walk barefoot on the grass and other not dangerous! things - pieces of textiles, your clothes, newspapers etc.
  • Look closely on your skin - hands, legs
  • Turn the music on, loud, and dance with all your body but not legs and with closed eyes - feel the music
  • Smell things - even unusual things like pots in the mall
  • Write your feelings down, your ideas and observations of the world around
  • Hug things
  • Touch your close people in the face (gently), touch their hands and rub their backs - aks them to do the same to you sometimes, when you feel like it
  • Try to change what and how you eat - chicken feel different while eating it without a fork, don’t sugar your tea for once even if you don’t like it very much for experiences
  • Wear someone else’s clothes - sweater, jacket etc.
  • Wake up in other time than usual
  • Go for a walk in the night - if you are afraid - take someone with you! Look at the moon, listen to the nature
  • Touch the bottom of the mug after you drink your tea or coffee.
