  • Currently priced at $825,000. I took a tour of this when it cost $1,000,000. It's something I'll never be able to afford, but I have a fantasy of living there.
  • As of 15 April 2011, the price has dropped to $655,000. I keep thinking that someone will buy it, but so far it remains unsold.
  • And as of 10 September 2012, the price is $599,000.
  • And as of 15 August 2013, it's still available, now for $590,000. :)
