I'm taking this list from List Your Self literally.

• Beach/dune -- A little spot in between a few trees at the top of a dune. I sit alone and look down at the sand and the waves of Lake Michigan.
• The white room -- It's a perfect white room.
• Orchard -- Nothing like sitting under a tree and thinking with the smell of fresh air and fruit around me. There are no insects, of course!
• My nest -- A dark space where I'm wrapped in warm blankets.
• My house -- It's a non-linear non-reality...and rather hard to describe.
• Storyworlds -- If I can't find peace as myself, then I become one of my characters and live as him/her instead of as me.
