I tend not to express controversial opinions, but here's one...

• I am, in general, opposed to real-person fan-fiction.
• I find it disturbing that writers choose to write about sexual relationships between real people.
• Non-sexual real-person fan-fiction is also unappealing to me.
  • But I used to read snippets written by a friend.
• Years ago I read a few Whose Line is it Anyway stories.
• Now I refuse to read any of it.

But mostly I don't read any fan-fiction at all. I just don't enjoy reading about characters I like in romantic or sexual relationships with each other. I prefer non-sexual fan-fiction when I read it at all, but I will read the occasional sexual story.
