I need some inspiration for National Novel Writing Month. I thought maybe a list like this would help me write.

• character-based fiction
• characters I love, hate, and/or fear
• fascinating personalities and backstories
• complicated relationships
• suspense, tension, excitement
• roller-coaster stories
• when "this can't get any worse" does
• flawed characters
• asexual women
• unexpected surprises - present and past
• strong and intense emotions
• characters who clash with each other
• differences made clear
• conflict! a lot of conflict!
• ...and even more conflict

All of these are things I really want to write. Now all I need to do is write them.
