• Wasn't very successful in completing my goals, but I'm hopeful and looking forward to a focused and acomplished 2023!

art

• This was a good year art-wise! I greatly improved in realism and developed my art style to a point I’m happy with. Finished lots of enjoyable projects this year, too. So glad I started sewing again.

reading

• I’m actually embarrassed. I told myself that I was going to start reading again this year, but I failed. The only reason I reached my (extremely reduced) goal is because of those damn Junie B. Jones books I read. Oh well. It’s a little humorous, honestly. I pinky promise I will reach my goal without reading children’s books next year.
  • Update: I originally wrote this a month in advance thinking I would have reached my goal before the new year. I didn't.

writing (rambles + poetry)

• This is the first year I’ve actually taken writing somewhat seriously. I noticed a few changes in my writing style throughout the year, but it’s mostly stayed consistent. I only started writing poetry in the last few months of this year, so I don’t have much to say on that front. I love writing; I hope you like reading.
