i left my weighing scale in the city so ive got no idea what exactly my weight is right now but im guessing it's 57 or 58 kg already or even worse 60 so i really got to lose weight now or else...
- my uniform wont fit anymore
- ill hear tons of teasing when school's back
- not just my uniform but all my clothes in the city might not fit anymore so darn it
- self-esteem please
- i live in a condo and in 4th floor with no elevator or anything and just imagine the agony going up and down everyday esp when you're fat so
anyway, lets get over it.
- drink mainly water
- ban white bread and pasta
- cutting out all white grain products
- instead of wheat stuffs just replace it with vegetables
- do cardio
- drink coffee and hour before working out
- do 36 push-ups and lunges every other day
- sleep 30 min more a night
- food sacrifice
- one will do
- like good bye junk foods go away from me sobs
