- mental health | finished my 5 week dbt therapy refresher and feel fairly restored, i feel well equipped to jumping back into my dbt workbook now and hope my stability keeps improving & i think i made a coping buddy!
- been texting with her periodically and its going well, it's nice to have someone besides my partners to talk to about the heavy stuff
- spouse | we have been saying the same thing at the same time bizarrely frequently lately and given that for a long time now it has been such that they can make 4 vague sounds and i can accurately intuit the entire 3 sentences worth of information they were trying to communicate, i believe our Very autistic souls are beginning to merge and it is only a matter of time before the ultimate autistic creatura is unleashed upon the world (/j)
- spouse | we've had trouble feeling close lately because we're both so tired from chronic pain and life happening so much, they work a lot so they have to sleep a lot and i'm perpetually overstimulated because of my hypersensory conditions, so we havent had energy to do any bonding activities or even verbalize to one another hardly and it was starting to feel bad, so they suggested we rewatch forensic files togeddur and we've been doing that, and its made us both feel so much better, its really SO enjoyable as a bonding experience because we're of similar mind, like its naturally very comforting and reassuring to be in the presence of like-minded individuals, and we both solidly alternate between "jesus christ, what the kentucky fried fuck is WRONG with people??" and "GOD THATS SO COOL I FUCKING LOVE SCIENCE!!!!!" throughout each and every episode at all the same moments and it's delightful and we are both emotionally restored
