- events | one year anniversary of husband's top surgery!!
- events | saw across the spiderverse in the cinema with spouse, was wonderful!!
- food | actually found somewhere that sells brown sugar cinnamon poptarts by the each and had one for the first time in 4 years and it was exactly like i remember and i'm SO happy about it, so nostalgic
- food | found a decent salsa to make up for local places basically never having tostitos mango salsa in stock anymore, yippee
- food | learned that "sushi grade" is a marketing ploy & following some precautions made sashimi & nigirizushi at home; super delicious and literally 5x as much for the same price as a restaurant, living my best life now
- food | made a giant vat of olive garden's zuppa toscana copycat and ate it all by myself within a few weeks
- games | spouse started playing crisis core, i love zack so much, my beloved himbo dweeb
- health | started taking vitamin c tablets with my iron supplement and its stopped violently murdering me for 3 days at a time, yay!
- health | switched antihistamines from diphenhydramine hydrochloride to loratadine because of the increased risk of dementia associated with the former; unfortunately the latter is twice as expensive, but i would rather pay twice as much to not be taking a medication that increases my risk of dementia up to 50%
- update: it's not twice as expensive, walmart is just evil. it's actually cheaper as long as i buy it from costco

- spouse | had a lot of heart tests done for some sternum-to-spine bone pain that started up last month, pending results, so far clear on blood clots at least, has a follow up in early august
