- mental health | my intake appointment for an anxiety-focused cbt group was cancelled on the same day i had probably the worst misunderstanding with my husband we've had in our entire 7 year relationship that was so stressful to me that i could not eat anything and only had roughly 1 litre of fluids over the course of 34 hours. ain't that just the way (said misunderstanding has since been resolved)
- mental health | trying methylphenidate for my adhd and i'm a mix between absolutely ecstatic that it actually is objectively possible for me to be a functioning member of society and absolutely enraged because it would cost me $28 a week for the rest of my natural life just to Be Normal when neurotypicals get to do the dishes and leave the house more than once a week for free
- update: my pharmacy just didn't apply the payment discount correctly and it's actually only $10 a week but i still shouldn't have to pay $520 a year to function
