- rewatched it in the japanese dub because it had the original anime voice actors and it was great, some valuable changes to the dialogue, usually in a good way
- fandom | powering through the one piece manga
- games | new crob cookies: okchun, gim
- health | ferratin is finally improving, it went from 8 to 12, i'm so close to having a normal amount and so relieved the supplements are helping!!
- mental health | saw a psychiatrist for the first time in a long time to get re-evaluated, she believes i have adhd but i can't afford the medication for it so there's no sense in diagnosing it formally & most of my current issues are ptsd related, which i agree with, but again i can't afford the medications for it, but i'm following up with her soon to see if her colleagues could recommend anything that might help my brain chatter that won't cost a fortune so decisions pending
- found a medication to try that i can actually afford, pending efficacy assessment
- spouse | got a raise at work finally!!!!!!
