- spent literally 3 hours on google maps desperately trying to find somewhere to eat but everything that sounded good was too expensive, wasn't open that day, or had closed down forever and i'd just now found out about it. we ended up going to a market downtown and they had a small seafood restaurant and i tried their lobster roll and holy shit it was delicious, i want to try their crab cakes next time
- food | peanut butter captain crunch
- health | got a bunch of cute bento accessories to start making lunches for spouse and myself so we have any chance of actually eating ever, going well so far! (only done it twice so will update later to see if it stays effective)
- update: it's super effective!! spouse is eating so much more now and i'm thrilled
- mental health | had 2 sessions of dbt therapy so far, it's reactivating the coping skill sleeper agents in my brain so i'm actually remembering them and will be able to use them again. the class is doing exactly what i wanted it to do, yippee!
- update: 4 sessions in now, my third eye is reopening and i am going to regulate my emotions SO good
