- the audacity of charging exorbitant admission fees when part of the tower's collection on display is gems worth literal billions, and then having donation bins at the exits
- art gallery of ontario
- the exhibits themselves were incredible and the staff were great. but it was a logistical nightmare. bad signage, stairs inaccessible even while one of the two main elevators was out, terrible and unintuitive flow/circulation, maps that failed to communicate anything, and a website that was even worse communication-wise (and which was constantly linked in QR codes for more information)
