- Be compassionate towards yourself. It's a hard thing to go through. Your feelings are not your enemies. Don't ignore or repress them, but don't ruminate on them either. Acknowledge them and work through them. 
- Make more of an effort to be around people who care about you, give you positive vibes, or inspire you. Regularly. 
- Even if you don't 'feel' like going out/doing things, try to nudge yourself to keep to a schedule. Know that everything will be alright soon. 
- Do something new every day. Learn something new every day. Have new experiences.
