- lose 0.5kg a week (10kg by convocation)
- limit consumption of sugar to once/twice a week (including alcohol)
- adopt a skincare routine
- moisturise everyday, face packs once or twice a week
- keep a journal
- walk everywhere
- be in bed one hour before i want to sleep & have a night routine
- eat breakfast, and a light dinner
- drink one cup of green tea everyday for six months
- eat fruit n veggies!
- read anything i like - one book every two weeks
- work out! - january 100 abs challenge
