    • set up phone's alarms and leave it for the day
    • shower
    • brush teeth
    • body moisturizing + skincare
    • take meds

waking up

  • try starting this routine between 7am-9am
    • eat breakfast: choose wisely. stomach always wakes up in a terrible mood.
    • drink coffee: if your stomach can handle it! do not make things worse
    • listen to calming music, nothing too catchy or too distracting
    • open daily websites: good reads, lionbridge, journaling blog and discord
    • turn on lofi or fireplace sounds
    • read the to-do list for the day
    • start working
