- a lot of people aren't worth your time. they'll try to convince you otherwise.
- anyone who says, "I have no feelings," know that it stops the relationship completely.
- be wary of someone who gives you the worst version of themself at the begging to "keep it real." it'll get far worse
- likeability is based on preferences - capability is based on a need.
- love is to take someone as part of themselves.
- most people aren't as nice as they claim to be
- people ignore their needs until the absolute last minute.
- people will take someone back if they have something they want
- relationships happen based on needs and preferences
- those who focus on likability usually have little resources to give (or are willing to give)
