- i have fearful avoidant attachment
- i love people but i'm afraid of them throughout personal experiences
- i tend to have dissociative spells
- i tend to live vicariously through other people's lives via social media, books, and movies
- i'm terrified of rejection if i invest in a relationship due to past negative experiences
- i've been invited into multiple groups then unceremoniously dumped, then told i was a transition person in their life, or i got the wrong idea at the beginning
- major trust issues
- people go in relationships trusting their needs will be met - i don't
- this attachment style is more easily identifiable in adulthood but it begins in childhood
