• eat balanced meals (focus on protein + fruit/veg)
  • eat multiple times a day in small portions
  • eat a snack or smoothie to stimulate appetite
  • don't eat before bed
  • get 9+ hours of sleep each night (i'm a light sleeper and need a lot)
  • eat and sleep at roughly the same times each day
  • get 150 min of moderate exercise a week
    • 40 min of brisk walking or jogging x2 cardio
    • 30 min of rowing x3 cardio
  • stretch and take movement breaks
  • take care of your teeth
  • drink plenty of water
  • protect yourself from the sun
