please, try and remember to:
- drink eight glasses of water
- wash your face twice a day
- floss
- brush your teeth, hair, and lashes
- shower and apply lotion
- check your nails
- stretch
- do 50 sit ups or 100 crunches
- do 25 push ups
- do 30 minutes of exercise
- accomplish something
and don't even think about:
- touching your face
- slouching
- putting anything off
- forgetting to write it down
