  • drink eight glasses of water
  • wash your face twice a day
  • floss
  • brush your teeth, hair, and lashes
  • shower and apply lotion
  • check your nails
  • stretch
  • do 50 sit ups or 100 crunches
  • do 25 push ups
  • do 30 minutes of exercise
  • accomplish something

and don't even think about:

  • touching your face
  • slouching
  • putting anything off
  • forgetting to write it down
