by 2012, I want to be in great shape. maybe my goals are unrealistic, but they need to be to make you worthwhile.

  • run a six minute mile
  • do 100 sit ups (in two minutes)
  • 100 crunches (in two minutes)
  • do 50 push ups (in two minutes)
  • do ten pull ups
  • flexed arm hang for 90 seconds
  • get some stamina
