Confidence isn't about being the loudest or most aggressive person in the room; it's about having tranquil, unwavering certainty in the value of who you are & what you bring to the table as a person.
Confidence means being a self-ignited flame; to be so internally fulfilled, inspired, & happy that you carry a light within that isn't dimmed by external circumstances or setbacks.
Confidence is about being so at peace with yourself & what you embody, it doesn't really make a difference how other people receive you; neither praise nor censure can steer you away from your chosen path & the things you feel most deeply drawn to & moved by.
Confidence also means remembering that you have nothing to prove; to speak with sincerity, act without fear, and remain loyal to your beliefs & insights without feeling a need to impose them on anyone else.
To deepen your confidence, spend more time with people who help you embrace & celebrate who you truly are. If someone has a habit of putting you down, respectfully continue on your path & seek out those who genuinely love, accept, and respect you.
The greatest mark of confidence is humility; an awareness of how much room you have to grow & a genuine desire to celebrate the excellence of other people.
