- Huge bathtub I can fully submerge myself in

- Near the perfect intersection to be close to everyone I care about in town
- No more white walls
- Not filled with roaches like our last place
- So many animals around - squirrels, hawks, raccoons, possums, owls, bats, snakes, turtles
- The cats are getting along better because they have room to spread out
- The way sunset looks over our little patch of swampland
- Thrift store within literal walking distance next door
- We have a bedroom door again so I can do the air lock method and never worry about the cats getting out
