    - Be Healthier
      
        - Drink More Water

- Maintain A Healthy Diet

- spend more time doing concrete things and less time doing things in my head. 
- Show up to things ON TIME if not EARLY

- ✔ give myself more time than i think i'll need

        - spending too much time online: make a time limit 
- being lazy/spoiled: take care of myself! 
- procrastinating: re-read The Now Habit 
- ✔ making excuses: take responsibility 
- ✔ watching too much TV/movies: make a time/quantity limit 
 
- Make myself useful around the house
      
 
- School
      
        - ✔ get over senior-itis 
- ✔ get over negative/rebellious attitude 
- ✔ use a daily planner//make a schedule 
- give myself more time than i think i'll need 
- plan ahead aka DON'T procrastinate 
 
- Speak up! Talk loud enough and clear enough for people to actually be able to understand what i'm trying to say
