Intrigued to try some tracking. Here are some ideas I have so far; because I love making lists for just about everything.
- Coffee drinking; as I drink a lot of coffee
- Health: I go for blood tests regularly due to my hypothyroidism
- Mood tracking, to help me recognise whether my meds are on the ball day to day. And because I am intrigued by how a graph would look of that.
- Payment/ Budgeting
- Sleep tracker, I lose sleep over stressors
Any other useful suggestions would be wonderful. I'll take in what's recommended and see what interests me most.
