routinely
- braiding hair after washing it
- fill my handbag up with little bags so it's less scrounging for loose objects in public
- listening to music as i shower
- listening to music before going to bed
- not eating at table with family been almost 2 years (unless you know, absolutely must, or feel i have the mental strength to that day)
- writing in planner at least every day
sometimes...
- going without showers over a span of two days... hate that i did this whilst in college mostly
- purchasing planners just for the look of them, not necessarily using them to their full potential (mistakenly, working on it, gaining rhythm
subconsciously
- hold my finger to my nose/just at the lip before crying (also, i am a short cryer unless it's major)
