- I release myself from the need to have a perfect body; myself from urge to own so many things -I can live with less; myself from the fear of not being loved back
- I trust in my intentions; in the process
- I deserve meditation; chocolate; the family and the friends I have
- Go with the flow, just go, don't overthink!
- I am open to a new consciousness; to rethink my relation with food and open to change it; to new experiences
- I enjoy my day!; my lunch; doing nothing all day

- I surrender. It is time to make peace with myself.
