- drink more water.
- eat more fruits.
- start doing some kind of martial arts.
- sleep before midnight.
- read more.
- go out more.
- ride a bike with my dad at least twice a month.
- avoid people who are not good for me.
- remember that i need to take care of myself before i take care of someone else.
- start a diary and don't lie to it.
- don't overload myself with my studies.
- don't lie when someone asks if i am okay.
- always try to look to the good side of any situation.
