- beat the sun at rising, go for a long walk when nobody else is up, not even the birds yet, it is only first light.
- on your way home, the birds are waking and singing to you
- when you get home, you open the windows and let the cool crisp air flow in and sway the curtains
- you squeeze yourself some fresh orange juice and have a piece of raison toast, you take them outside to enjoy while the sun rises from over the horizon
- as she rises, you take in everything around you, the birds' call, the crisp fresh air of a new day, the silence of everybody else asleep.
- you do not read the newspaper, you do not wish to hear any bad news.
- you go inside, you have a lovely relaxing, fresh shower.
- you use your special body washes and hair products.
- when you get out you use some rose talcum powder
- you get dressed in some of your favourite clothes, your favourite outfit.
- eventually, others begin to rise and you greet them sincerely.
