• drink at least 3 (preferably 5) large glasses of water per day
  • duolingo, preferably before 22:00
  • eat more fresh vegetables
  • exfoliating and moisturising my face
  • exercise (usually in the form of cycling)
  • get some fresh air (ffs!)
  • other crafts
  • painting
  • practice violin (and music in general)
  • putting on lip balm throughout the day
  • reading books, and not trying to turn it into a competition
  • remembering to take my pills and supplements
