- drink at least 3 (preferably 5) large glasses of water per day
- duolingo, preferably before 22:00
- eat more fresh vegetables
- exfoliating and moisturising my face
- exercise (usually in the form of cycling)
- get some fresh air (ffs!)
- other crafts
- painting
- practice violin (and music in general)
- putting on lip balm throughout the day
- reading books, and not trying to turn it into a competition
- remembering to take my pills and supplements
