reach up & muscle the poles into a cross
double foot locks, turn to face one pole, cross back leg over front pole to a sit, put opposite side armpit on its nearest pole, grab that pole w both hands and turn yr body toward the knee that's out
double foot locks, split, grab front pole w both hands, pinky toe leads the circle into split roll up, switch yr hip facing, switch your arms on the poles, back leg goes thru the gap bw front leg & its pole
get partway into a split roll up w yr ankles touching but don't put yr front leg thru. twist yr upper body around the pole yr holding until yr sitting in the seat of it. flamenco grip the pole above u w the opposite arm as the leg that started in front, slide yr butt off the seat, reach yr other arm thru the gap, straighten yr legs, & keep twisting
