single foot lock, other silk goes behind the knee of the free leg & then forward. get it on yr shin, gather the ends & hold together on the 1st silk. extend.

single foot lock silks together, step thru. get the fabric on yr lower back. invert, hook yr foot high on the silk, flip yr hips so back leg is in high attitude.

split the silks & invert, hook one knee over opposite side silk. grab the free end from under u, put it across yr waist & out under the arch of yr other foot, extend. the other silk wraps twice around the other foot, extend.

invert w silks together, same side hook. grab the free ends (finger between silks) & hold them at yr waist. one silk wraps around yr free leg twice (2nd wrap lower on leg or under yr foot), then pike that leg forward. the other silk goes under the arch of the hooked leg, big toe side to little toe side. extend the other leg back & engage the muscles in the front leg to keep the shape.

double foot locks, split, roll up on one side, change facing, roll up on other side, change facing. balance in full or stag splits. focus on the silk in front of u for balance.
josie's sequence #1
double wraps, tuck up & thru the poles into a split, hook front knee over same side silk, complete dancer lock on other foot, pull up into stag, fan kick bent leg back thru the center to undo
passe & lean into the wrapped foot side, grab high w opposite hand as wrapped foot onto other silk, use other hand to toss the tail over yr lap, gather the fabric together at yr hip
put yr leg thru the door between the poles, move the silk around yr back & wrap around that same leg 3-4 times, move yr leg side & back to make a split
unwrap, turn toward the side yr dancer locked foot is on, let that knee hook on the pole, undo the lock, pass the leg thru the door to belay

catcher's hang, grab silk behind u w straight arms, pike legs forward, switch the knee that's hooked, unwrap the silk from the original leg, switch knee hook again

from a french climb, reach over yr head w the same hand as wrapped foot & flamenco grip the silk. pass yr other arm thru the space bw yr body & the silk so it is on yr lower back. undo the wrap on yr foot & make sure both yr legs are under the tail before inverting & hooking yr knee. move the tail across to the opposite hip to lock the s wrap
to wheel down, post the top leg on the pole & let go. hold the tail against yr belly & let it slide slowly under yr hands as u descend. hook yr knee again to stop
josie's sequence #2
go ~2 climbs up, get the silks in between yr legs, pike up yr legs thru the door in between the poles & hook yr knees on the poles. grab the poles & sit up. put yr torso thru the door & bend over. shift the fabric above yr hipbones so it is below. get the tails in front of & in between yr legs & grab 1 in each hand w 1-2 ft of slack, making sure they are not crossed.
w the tails still in yr hands, reach yr arms up behind u, grabbing the poles. tuck into a ball & roll until yr upright & yr legs should now be in 2 loops. extend into the loops for a split
go back into a sitting position, get 3 wraps on each leg, & let go to drop
josie's sequence #3
complete 1-2 cash climbs, ending in yr hip key on 1 silk. take the tail of that silk n wrap it once around yr bottom leg. post the other leg up on the pole. hold the free silk w 1 arm above yr torso & 1 below. bend yr bottom knee.
post both legs on the silk, grab the free silk w both hands above yr torso, & arch yr back.
put 1 knee thru the door n rotate around til yr upright in a cupid pose.
put the knee back the way it came, cross the other leg over it, & hang upside down.
uncross the leg, turn yrself up & sideways til yr back in yr hip key. reach up into a bent arm hang n undo the leg wraps
